Chapter Message – FBI Tragedy

As your new Chapter president, I could not have imagined the following context in my first message to you.  Without a doubt, it is the most important message I believe I will ever send to you.  By now you have heard that on Tuesday, five talented and beloved FBI agents were involved in a shooting in Miami.  Your board moved quickly and approved monies to be sent to the FBI Agent Association in the amount of $2,500 of which $500 was allocated for each of the officers involved in the shooting.  Subsequently, the FBI Miami CAAA has created a Donate Now button on their Chapter’s home page where you only have to click to make a donation.  Our thoughts and prayers of comfort and healing are just as crucial as our donations for the men and women of Miami and throughout our nation.  They unselfishly give their lives for our continued safety.

Should you wish to send letters and cards of sympathy for Special Agents Daniel Alfin and Laura Schwartzenberger, please address to the following:

SA Dan Alfin, c/o SAC George Piro, 2030 SW 145 Avenue, Miramar, FL 33027

SA Laura Schawartzenberger, c/o SAC George Piro, 2030 SW 145 Avenue, Miramar, FL 33027

Link to Donate

I ask all of the Dallas Chapter Membership to send cards for these two families.  It gives their children and loved ones some comfort to see how far their lives mattered.

Be safe and healthy, HSuzanne Kelley
