DESCRIPTION:The Dallas Junior Police Academy is an opportunity for student
 s to see how the Dallas Police Department operates and to observe some of 
 the more exciting aspects of police work. Life skills are stressed through
 out each session. Each student is challenged to make good choices that wil
 l last a lifetime.\n\nThe students have hands-on time with many of the dif
 ferent units from the Dallas Police Department including SWAT\, K-9\, Moto
 rcycle\, and Helicopter. Students get to ride in a squad car\, learn abou
 t evidence processing (CSI)\, process their own fingerprints\, and partici
 pate in physical training. Additionally\, our advanced class learns about
  the internet and physical safety\, they tour 911 / Communications Divisio
 n and Crime Scene Investigations (CIS).\n\nPlease click the images below f
