 aylor’s previously tenured career was in the technology industry and sev
 eral of the last years were flying all over the world as an executive of a
 n international company.  Those last world tours were full of hints that 
 would become relevant that he was meant to change his career.  When he st
 epped into an airport in a foreign country\, he was met by two “bodyguar
 ds” as a prerequisite to his personal KRE Policy\; Kidnap\, Ransom\, and
  Extortion.  Those words were the first hint.\n\nThat day\, Rick left his
  “day job” and began reading hundreds of pages of intelligence reports
 \, researching and seeking counsel of dozens of leaders including pastors\
 , doctors\, clinical specialists\, counselors\, state and local as well as
  justice system leaders\, nonprofit ministries\, national and internationa
 l corporations and finally victims\, survivors\, and victors.  The resear
 ch took the better part of a year.  In June 2015\, Rick founded Partners 
 Against Child Trafficking.\n\n&nbsp\;\nRegistration is open and will close
