 for a presentation from Senior Special Agent Rene’ Garcia regarding U.S.
  Secret Service &amp\; Presidential Details.  The event will be held at t
 he Richardson Police Department\, 200 N. Greenville Avenue\, Richardson\,

 stance.\nAbout our speaker:\n\n\n\n\nRene Garcia\, Senior Special Agent\n\
 nU.S. Secret Service\n\nSSA Garcia has more than 23 years’ experience wi
 th the U.S. Secret Service.\n\nHis career began in San Juan\, Puerto Rico 
 with investigating fraud\, identify theft\, bank and check fraud and count
 er terrorism Investigations.  Beginning in 2008 his assignments included 
 protection detail for former President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura
  Bush.  His experience includes protection of the President\, Vice Presid
 ent of the United States and Heads of State visiting the U.S.\,  includin
 g site advance\, motorcade routes\, protective intelligence\, threat asses
 sment and team coordination.  More recently he serves as a Team Leader fo
 r fugitive recovery operations assisting local\, state\, and federal agenc
 ies in fugitive operations.  He is assigned to the North Texas Electronic
 s Crime Task Force\, plays a key role in handling computer forensics\, cel
 l phone and network intrusion investigations\, and is a firearms instructo
 r.\n\n\n\n
