Please join us for the next FBI Dallas CAAA Quarterly Meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 6pm via GoToMeeting. Our presentation this month will feature a CounterTerrorism case study presented by SA Dwayne Golomb.
After receiving his engineering degree from the University of Michigan and spending several years as a biotech engineer in the private sector, SA Dwayne Golomb entered on duty as a FBI Special Agent on November 3, 2003, and was assigned to the Chicago Division where he successfully investigated and prosecuted counterterrorism matters for eleven years. In 2015, he transferred to the Dallas Division, accompanied by a stellar reputation for being a thorough, dedicated, innovative case agent. In March 2016, he joined the Counterterrorism-1 (CT-1) Squad where he led the first joint CT disruption between the US and Italy when he provided on-going intelligence to foreign governments relating to three ISIS attack planners in Europe (Italy, Sweden, and the UK). The investigation also led to the 2019 conviction of a US based recruiter on multiple terrorism charges who was later sentenced to 30 years.
