Headlining this event will be a case study of the Nashville Christmas Day Bombing (2020). Quick synopsis of the case:
On the morning of December 25, 2020, an explosion in front of a commercial communications facility caused damage to the structures in the immediate area and caused consumer telephone and internet outages, as well as 911 outages in multiple states. Presenters from FBI-Memphis Division will provide incident details and discuss aspects of the FBI response and crisis management.
This event will also highlight how the preexisting relationship between the FBI and AT&T was leveraged to share information and align resources to effectively work through and manage the incident.
