Are you or anyone that you know experiencing COVID Fatigue? If so, please join the FBI Columbia Citizens Academy Alumni Association and the Columbia Outreach Program on September 22, 2021, at 2 p.m. ET for an interactive presentation on Coping with Stress, Anxiety, and Uncertainty During the Pandemic. FBI Counselor, Tanisha Holmes, will host an interactive presentation to discuss stress and anxiety responses, the impact of prolonged stress, stress reduction strategies, and the importance of self-care.
Tanisha Holmes is a Licensed Professional Counselor and serves as an FBI Employee Assistance Counselor. Tanisha earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services Counseling and Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology. Tanisha is an experienced clinician and has worked in a variety of settings and served in multiple capacities to include an Employee Assistance Professional, Crisis Responder, Psychiatric Crisis Clinician, and Military Family Life Counselor. She has responded to a variety of traumatic incidents impacting employees, businesses, and government agencies. Tanisha is skilled in providing short-term solution-focused counseling, critical incident responses, and wellness training. Her counseling specialties include grief support, self-esteem building, stress management, and resiliency.
