Please join us on Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 10am to 12pm for a presentation from Senior Special Agent Rene’ Garcia regarding U.S. Secret Service & Presidential Details.  The event will be held at the Richardson Police Department, 200 N. Greenville Avenue, Richardson, TX, 75081

Registration is open and will close Tuesday, August 3 at 5pm.

About our speaker:

Rene Garcia, Senior Special Agent

U.S. Secret Service

SSA Garcia has more than 23 years’ experience with the U.S. Secret Service.

His career began in San Juan, Puerto Rico with investigating fraud, identify theft, bank and check fraud and counter terrorism Investigations.  Beginning in 2008 his assignments included protection detail for former President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush.  His experience includes protection of the President, Vice President of the United States and Heads of State visiting the U.S.,  including site advance, motorcade routes, protective intelligence, threat assessment and team coordination.  More recently he serves as a Team Leader for fugitive recovery operations assisting local, state, and federal agencies in fugitive operations.  He is assigned to the North Texas Electronics Crime Task Force, plays a key role in handling computer forensics, cell phone and network intrusion investigations, and is a firearms instructor.
